Valued for her agility, insightful analytics, and a combined perspective of business and finance, Melissa has demonstrated a strong track-record of success. Her finance experiences vary from new product portfolio management, business development, global marketing, and regional P&L management.
Currently, Melissa is a Senior Finance Director at Johnson and Johnson where she leads the Group FP&A team responsible for Global Functions and Corporate Functions.
