We aren't born with a mindset rooted in lack. It is through the conditioning of societal constructs and opinions that we shape our mindsets. When you are told you are ugly, you attach a lack of physical beauty to your identity. When you compare yourself to others, you attach a lack of individuality to your identity.
Experiencing lack is rooted in feelings that are a result of an action that triggers a belief. Understanding the psychology of a lack mindset and applying this simple practice on a regular basis, will help you to shift your mindset and disrupt your beliefs to a place of abundance.

A - action that triggers
B - belief
C - consequence of belief
D - disrupt belief (options)
E - determine what is effective for you
