Melissa is a strategic-minded Finance leader with over 14 years of experience. Valued for her agility, insightful analytics, and a combined perspective of business and finance, Melissa has demonstrated a strong track-record of success. Her finance experiences vary from new product portfolio management, business development, global marketing, and regional P&L management.
Currently, Melissa is a Senior Finance Director at Johnson and Johnson where she leads the Group FP&A team responsible for Global Functions and Corporate Functions. Melissa joined Johnson and Johnson in 2007 through the Finance Leadership Development Program and has held roles with increasing responsibility throughout her career.
Passionate about finance and talent development, she continuously seeks opportunities to develop others and impact teams. She has also served as a Part-Time Lecturer at Rutgers Business School, teaching both Finance and Management Skills. Melissa holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and a MBA, with distinction, from Cornell University.
