Disrupting Balance

013: Asia Nelson: On Religion, White Girls in Yoga & Chronic Pain

July 27th, 2020

Founder of Pranalife Yoga & The Movement Life: empowering movement rebels and brave badasses, turning curiosity into confidence. For over 20 years, I've helped people feel freer on their mats and in their lives using the simplicity of movement and meditation. Everyday I work with people I admire and make a great living creating real change.

As a Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher since 2006, I’ve led over 5000 hours of yoga and movement classes, workshops and events, designed retreats to Baja, Sicily, Costa Rica and Tuscany, and led the best yoga teacher training available for the past decade. My graduates are respected, sought-after teachers living their dream lives.

Teaching is in my blood. I’ve walked this path, taken side roads, fallen and gotten back up a few times, and I’ve arrived.
