011: Solo Episode: On Wanting White Hair, Being African & Six Figures

July 13th, 2020

Myths tied to tradition, family, position, socioeconomic status, race, gender, sexuality, and faith are not worth your time . So much of what we think we are supposed to believe is wrapped up in someone else’s ideology, not your own. The next time you feel compelled to do something that you think you are supposed to do, ask yourself is this what I am believing for me? Does this serve me? Do I want this? If there is an inkling of doubt, you may want to begin to do the work and peel away that layer of unbelief – release that myth.
